    UX research shows that advertisers tend to get the distinction between call ads and call add-ons confused. Besides rewriting the definitions of both ad products, I also added visuals to demonstrate the two user flows.

    I simplified the technical language and condensed the steps from 25 to 14 to reduce cognitive load. I added other lead ad products in the how-to section to provide a more comprehensive view of our offerings, rather than just focusing on instant forms.
